4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide timely feedback, approvals, and accurate information needed to deliver the services. Delays in communication or access may impact timelines.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all pre-existing IP remains with its owner. Upon full payment, you receive rights to the final deliverables, excluding third-party materials and licensed components.
6. Third-Party Services
Our work may integrate third-party services or platforms. Their terms and policies apply, and we are not responsible for their availability or changes.
7. Fees and Payments
Fees, payment schedules, and taxes are detailed in the agreed proposal or statement of work. Late payments may pause delivery until balances are cleared.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect confidential information and use it only for purposes of delivering the services.
9. Warranties and Disclaimers
Services are provided on an “as is” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of third-party platforms, hosting providers, or external dependencies.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Void Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice as specified in the statement of work. Fees for completed work remain payable upon termination.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Void Studio is established, without regard to conflict of law rules. If you are a consumer in the EEA, you also benefit from mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence.
13. Updates to These Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the site or services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
